Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY COST:

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for orders within the UK up to the value of £75.  Delivery within the UK is free if you spend over £75. If you are abroad, please message me and I will get you a bespoke quote from the Post Office.

DELIVERY:

We will post your items the same day if possible, otherwise they will be sent to you the following day. We will send your parcel first class via Royal Mail. If you would prefer it to be sent to you differently then please just get in touch before placing your order so that we can do our best to help you.  We will not be held responsible for items damaged in transit or undelivered - in the unlikely event that this happens we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. We will keep proof of postage for each item posted. Please make sure that you enter your full and accurate address when you checkout to avoid any problems with the delivery of your items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We hope you'll be super happy with what you ordered, please don't worry if you're not. We will happily refund you upon the return of the items to us. You will be refunded immediately onto the original payment method. 

If you would like an exchange please let us know so that we can pop the items aside for you, we will post out the exchanged item as soon as we receive your return. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Please also keep your receipt for proof of postage.

Please return items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in a resalable condition with all tags attached.
